We are constantly adding to our knowledge base,  through the earning of Certificates and Designations, which are the Gold Standard of accomplishments within the National Association of Realtors.  These designations indicate that we display expertise, proficiency, skills, and experience within various sectors of the real estate community.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Mara received her CRS designation in 2005 and Brenda in 2017.  Based on a combination of academic coursework and accumulated experience, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is conferred on those real estate professionals who successfully demonstrate their mastery of the pertinent material. By combining real world experience with the broader perspective afforded by advanced educational pursuits, our team is uniquely qualified to help shepherd your home ownership dreams to fruition. CRS designees, limited to the top three percent of real estate professionals, are true experts in their field and ideally positioned to help you in all aspects of your next real estate transaction.

mcneMaster Certified Negotiating Expert (MCNE)

Ensuring that you don’t leave any money on the table when selling, or paying too much if you are buying a piece of property, is what negotiation is all about in the real estate industry. Armed with a Master Certified Negotiating Expert certification (MCNE) however, you have an agent holding the premier negotiating designation to help you obtain the absolute best terms available.
