Grand Lake, Colorado

Established in 1867, Grand Lake qualifies as one of Colorado’s oldest towns, and certainly one of its most charming. Along the authentic Western Boardwalk, there are more than 60 shops and restaurants, and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is close by. Grand Lake is the deepest natural lake in Colorado 265 feet at its lowest point. Nearby Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby draw water enthusiasts from around the state. Property in Grand Lake ranges from rustic mountain cabins on streams to luxury homes on the lakes, with condos and townhomes sprinkled in between. There’s plenty of vacant land still available to build your own charming cottage or dream custom home.
