Winter Park, Colorado

Winter Park is known as Colorado’s favorite ski resort and just 70 miles west of Denver,  Getting here is easy!  Avoid the I70 sprawl and exit to HWY 40. This year marks the 75th year anniversary of Winter Park Ski Area.   It is a down-to-earth ski town where locals and tourists alike mingle. The real estate is varied, from ski-in and ski-out condos, town homes, and luxury homes to vacant land and cabins. A lot of  Winter Park properties are located in and around the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort, some are in Old Town Winter Park, and others are spread across both sides of US 40.  Take a look further down the page to see a list of different subdivisions and condo complex communities.  We have added these pages so that you can search these subdivisions for property listings and more information.
