Winter Park

Winter Park is known as Colorado’s favorite ski resort and is just 70 miles west of Denver getting here is easy! Avoid the I-70 sprawl and exit to HWY 40. It is a down-to-earth ski town where locals and tourists alike mingle.

 

The real estate is varied from ski-in and ski-out condos, townhomes, and luxury homes to vacant land and cabins. A lot of Winter Park properties are in and around the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort, some are in Old Town Winter Park, and others are spread across both sides of US 40.
